OUR METHOD
We partner with a small-batch roaster using a rare air-roasting process used by less than 1% of the industry. Unlike traditional drum roasting, our beans are suspended on a bed of hot air, never touching scorching metal. The result is a smoother, low-acid cup with bold flavor and no burnt aftertaste.
